Meet the Practitioner

I started my career as a data modeler at Oracle PeopleSoft, building entity relationship diagrams for manufacturing ERP systems. I didn't know then that understanding how enterprise data are actually structured would become one of my most valuable assets in product marketing. That, and decades-plus years of actually using, migrating and building on the systems I later marketed: finance, CRM, and integration platforms.

That foundation shaped everything after it. As a Solutions Architect at Mavens, I translated whiteboard ideas into production Salesforce applications for healthcare and life sciences clients. As Director of Professional Services at KELL Partners, I managed data migration projects: source-to-target modeling, field mapping, transformation logic, and validation. At Oracle NetSuite, I built the first iteration of the Nonprofit Edition as a team of two: doing product management, customer research, roadmap strategy, and go-to-market simultaneously for six years. By the time I left, the product had 1,400+ customers and a multi-million dollar revenue line. More importantly, I'd learned what it means to own something from zero.

At Celigo, I've spent the last three years applying that foundation to iPaaS and AI GTM. With a small team punching above its weight, we built Builder's Hub from a content experiment into a platform that drives over 50% of organic blog traffic, ranks on the first page for competitive AI search terms, and generates attributable trial conversions. I collaborated with ProdOps to establish Celigo's release enablement motion from scratch. I replaced manual quarterly reporting with real-time Looker dashboards. And in early 2026, I became the operational owner of Celigo's cross-functional MCP Server and Agent Builder launch — building the tracking infrastructure, RACI, gate framework, and weekly cadence across 13 teams.
